Job Summary
Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end sample value stream by defining standards, processes, tools, and best practices across the organization. Drive process harmonization, governance, and rollout activities while coordinating sample volume planning and consolidating demand forecasts with business, sales, and project stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators related to cost, scrap, quality, delivery performance, and production volumes, initiating escalations and corrective actions for any deviations affecting capacity, quality, delivery, or costs. Develop and implement cost improvement projects aligned with profitability targets, define cost targets for sample-related projects, and collaborate with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to identify and realize cost reduction opportunities. Provide transparent performance reporting and support management decision-making through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured and result-oriented way of working
- Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate leadership, and drive initiatives independently
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
- Strong execution skills with a track record of successfully implementing improvements and delivering results
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
