Sample Service Coordinator

Sample Service Coordinator coordinates between the Perfumery Lab and the Sales Coordinator Team to ensure oils are made and stored for customer oil and finished good samples and internal evaluation samples. Responsibilities include processing and prioritizing customer sample requests, maintaining storage and retrieval of oils, managing Kilo Lab Batch Calendar, prioritizing sample requests for the Home and Personal Care Labs, coordinating sample deliveries, and collaborating with QC, Purchasing, and other internal departments. Requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1+ year of administrative experience in the fragrance/flavors or related industries; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is desired. The role is located at MANE’s Creative Center in Parsippany, NJ, with a stated hourly pay range of $25-$29 and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
