Sample Receiving Technician, Environment Testing, Concord, New Hampshire

Receives and maintains custody of samples, compares CO C requests with bottles received to ensure accurate receipt, logs samples into the EAI LIMS, accurately labels samples, checks preservation upon receipt, prepares bottle orders, schedules courier services, performs immediate analyses, maintains supplies, follows QA/QC procedures per the EAI QA/QC Manual, and sustains a safe/healthy work environment in compliance with EAI Health and Safety Program. Participates in hazardous waste management, maintains sample security and confidentiality, and performs other duties as assigned. Requires strong attention to detail, general lab operations knowledge, computer literacy, and excellent English communication. Chemistry knowledge is preferred. Education: AA in Science or equivalent experience. Experience: 1-2 years in a lab. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to pass background check and drug screen. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
