Sample Manager (80 - 100%)

Sample Manager oversees sample registration and ensures accurate preparation for analytics, coordinates the shipping of samples and coordination of consumables to the customer, orders and coordinates the Eurofins courier service in collaboration with the customer, transfers analytical results into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), serves as the interface between the laboratory and customer service, handles customer calls and routes information accordingly, requires very high customer and service orientation, experience in logistics, food, retail or laboratory is beneficial, precise and structured work style, familiarity with IT and Office applications (LIMS experience preferred), and language skills in German and English (French advantageous). The role is 80-100% in Schönenwerd, Solothurn, Switzerland, with in-person work arrangement; awareness of ISO 17025, GLP, GMP is advantageous, and a valid Category B driver’s license is required.
