Job Summary
Receive and unpack sample coolers, verify temperatures, and document incoming materials accurately. Create jobs, enter bottle records, and generate labels using LIMS to maintain chain-of-custody requirements. Transfer samples between reception, storage, and lab departments while assembling client bottle kits with precision. Prepare shipments, remove historical samples, and dispose of expired materials in compliance with SOPs. Communicate sample details to Client Services and lab teams to support timely processing. Maintain clear, complete documentation and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 50+ pounds frequently
- Strong English language, math, and reasoning skills
- Strong computer skills and comfort with digital systems
