Job Summary
The Sample Management Technician I will receive, log in, store, and distribute study samples in accordance with GLP and SOP guidelines, perform QC checks, maintain sample tracking in LIMS, and ensure integrity of study materials. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, distributing, corresponding with clients/sponsors to resolve receipt issues, conducting destruction/QC checks per SOP/GLP/client guidelines, maintaining documentation, and training eligibility for related roles. Requires attention to compliance with SOPs and FDA guidance, strong organizational skills, and ability to operate in a team-driven laboratory environment. On-site role in Moscow, Idaho; may involve driving a company vehicle short distances.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred, ideally in a physical, biological or chemical science; or high school diploma and 1-3 years of work experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Current driver’s license preferred
