Sample Logistics Technician

Inspect and enter data for customer orders, and prepare orders for clients. Drive the Bureau Veritas vehicle (class 5) to deliver and collect samples. Enter all samples into MaxxLims per standard operating procedures within tight timelines. Inspect required documents and communicate any anomalies to project managers or clients. Prioritize samples based on hold times and urgency (24 h, 48 h, 72 h) and ensure analysis codes are entered accurately to meet deadlines and satisfy the client. Greet clients at reception in a friendly, professional manner. Collaborate with the Customer Service group to ensure all samples are entered in MaxxLims on the day of receipt. Assist with bottle preparation and reception tasks at the front desk. Follow QA policies and participate in continuous improvement of sample-entry tasks. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
