Sample Login Technician

Receive and sort inbound packages, prioritizing samples by turn-around time and client requirements. Verify chain of custody accuracy, create unique login IDs in LIMS, and log all samples while documenting any discrepancies. Transfer samples to the custody room, mail reports and invoices, and dispose of rejected items per SOP guidelines. Adhere to strict health and safety procedures to maintain a secure laboratory environment. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients while ensuring all documentation remains accurate and clear.
