Sample Distribution Coordinator

Job Summary
Assemble architectural block and WorkRite sample kits, cut masonry, and prepare face shells for the sales team. Clean, label, and package samples with attention to detail before shipping via UPS and coordinating with customers to ensure accuracy. Track outgoing inventory and maintain organized records while operating forklifts and wheel loaders as needed. Assist the Quality Control team in the plant or at customer job sites and jump in wherever required to support the team. This hands-on role involves working indoors and outdoors in all weather, lifting up to 90 pounds, and requires forklift certification. You must be flexible to work overtime during busy seasons.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in the masonry or building materials industry
- Forklift certification (or the ability to become certified)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work overtime during busy seasons
- Safely lifting up to 90 pounds
- Operating forklifts and other heavy equipment
