Job Summary
Manage sample lines by tracking orders, maintaining logs, and coordinating distribution to reps and licensors while ensuring accurate tag and catalog data. Filter CAD requests for approval, align with merchandisers to meet T&A calendars, and support product development teams on pre-production samples. Maintain current sample inventory, organize storage for previous seasons, and attend weekly planning meetings with customer service and production. Provide backup coverage during merchandiser absences and handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position
- Very detail oriented
- Proficient with MS Office
- Proficient with Photoshop & Illustrator
- Must be able to work in extremely fast passed environment & react quickly to demands of the department
