Same Day Surgery / PACU Registered Nurse

Provide preoperative and post-anesthesia care for surgical patients undergoing outpatient and same-day procedures. Monitor patients during recovery from anesthesia, assess and manage pain, vital signs, and post-operative status, and ensure safe discharge readiness in coordination with the surgical team. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative team members while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and responding quickly to changes in patient condition. Promote patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process. This dayshift role is part of a collaborative surgical services team environment in Montrose, offering opportunities for professional growth and participation in the Clinical Ladder Program.
