Job Summary
Welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner, deliver a great experience from beginning to end, and confidently talk about menus while offering upsells. Take orders from guests and proactively ensure all their needs are met, with cleaning and good hygiene practices being a large part of the role. Work across any outlets in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole. This role includes late nights in the week and weekend working. The position requires previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant, though training is provided for those starting their career.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for late nights in the week and weekend working
- Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant would be preferred, but you don't need experience to start your career with us at The Belfry Hotel and Resort
- You enjoy engaging in conversation, talking about our products and the resort
- You are a natural when it comes to selling
- You are outgoing and enthusiastic
- You have a can-do attitude and are proactive
