Job Summary
SAM Governance Analyst supports the TGO function by enabling governance, validation, and coordination across the Software Asset Management lifecycle. Focuses on data validation, reporting, governance support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliance and effective license management. Responsibilities include validation checks on software asset data, preparing license position reports and dashboards, identifying data inconsistencies, tracking remediation actions, validation of entitlement before procurement, and coordinating with SAM Admin, SAM Manager, and Procurement teams. Emphasizes data integrity, governance controls, and collaboration across stakeholders, with hybrid working arrangements highlighted in company benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience 2 years in IT Asset Management, SAM, IT operations, or data analysis
- Exposure to software licensing or asset management processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data validation capability
- Strong knowledge Excel / reporting tools
- Familiarity with ITSM / SAM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Soft Skills: organizational and coordination skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
