Job Summary
Serve as the application owner for the Software Asset Management (SAM) technology and data solution, ensuring its effective operation and ongoing enhancement. Actively participate in deploying, customizing, supporting, and improving SAM platforms while contributing technical insights to internal and external customers. Apply industry best practices to drive alignment with IT architecture, governance, security, and procurement teams across multiple platforms. Maintain cross-functional awareness of downstream and upstream processes, create thorough documentation, and monitor performance indicators and control metrics. Track workload effectively to meet deadlines while continuously improving SAM by leveraging AI capabilities to reduce manual effort and identify optimization opportunities. Uphold healthy code structures and demonstrate familiarity with enterprise-grade software solutions including infrastructure, cloud computing, and containerization.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a technical capacity
- demonstrating expertise and proven results
- Strong knowledge of Software Asset Management and licensing concepts
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAM platforms such as Flexera
- Possess deep expertise in SQL
- supporting advanced data manipulation and analysis
- Utilize and integrate common APIs to support platform interoperability
- Exhibit proficiency in Python coding

- Managed ETL processes

- Familiarity and administration skills for Windows, Unix/Linux and virtualization platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills using business intelligence platforms
