Salt Water Disposal Operator

Job Summary
Cleans salt water disposal filter baskets on pumps and offloads equipment at designated locations. Monitors water levels at sites to ensure tanks operate within parameters and accounts for skim oil volumes removed from wells. Maintains road and location safety for water trucks while building relationships with haulers. Inspects facility equipment, schedules maintenance, and prepares accurate records and monthly reports tracking piped, trucked, and injected water volumes. Ensures all operations comply with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. Requires valid state driver's license and 2-3 years of oil and gas experience.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required
- Valid State Driver's License
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task with attention to accuracy
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of oil and gas experience preferably in salt water disposal operations
