Job Summary
Oversee strategic operational oversight for the Newark Refinery plant, ensuring employee safety, food safety, and environmental compliance standards are implemented. Lead production and quality management deliverables to meet customer specifications while establishing operational priorities and deploying efficiency improvements across manufacturing systems. Manage capital and operating budgets to achieve financial performance objectives, directing direct reports on talent management, hiring, and disciplinary actions. Ensure accountability for all internal and external operating procedures aligned with corporate EH&S, quality, and regulatory functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Lean six sigma
