Job Summary
Serve food and drink items while ensuring correct temperature and answering patron questions about ingredients to identify potential allergies. Bus tables to clear space for the next guest and communicate with wait staff, managers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel to coordinate service. Promote casino events, provide directions to casino areas, and perform closing tasks including side work, setup, and maintaining station cleanliness. Handle cash responsibly and calculate basic math functions for POS transactions and inventory. Requires ABLE Certification, English proficiency, and previous server experience.
Required Qualifications
- ABLE Certification
- Can handle cash responsibly
- Calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory
- Can speak, read, and write English
- Teamwork skills
- Previous Server or Wait staff Experience
