Job Summary
Instructors will teach dance to all ages, providing individual guidance and feedback while ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Responsibilities include designing instructional programs, demonstrating techniques, and maintaining a professional demeanor with participants and parents. Candidates must have prior teaching experience in dance, relevant certification, and be at least 18 years old. Bilingual skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- At least 2 years of prior experience teaching or working in the area of dance
- Certification or degree in related field or level of expertise required
- Must be in good physical and mental health, capable of meeting the demands of the specified area
- Must maintain a professional attitude and approach to problem-solving
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
