Job Summary
Manage our team of licensed stylists, lead employees to success, and contribute to the team by performing salon services. Market the salon to build clientele, recruit and train new stylists, and encourage customer retention while cultivating new business. Create a work environment that encourages employee growth and success. This role requires three+ years of salon management experience, a FL cosmetology license, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Three+ years of salon management experience
- Five years of salon experience
- Ability to be flexible with schedule and to work some nights and weekends
- Team player with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- FL cosmetology license
- Valid DL and reliable transportation
