Job Summary
Salon Manager role focused on sales leadership in a fast-paced beauty/wellness environment. Responsible for meeting sales goals, hiring and training a team of Beauty Consultants, ongoing team training, and conducting customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products. Ensure adherence to company policies, maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash and daily administrative paperwork, and track goals. Requires leadership/management experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to stand for long periods with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Leadership/Management experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
