Job Summary
Salon Manager position to lead and develop sales teams, drive sales goals, and enhance customer and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include recruiting and orienting store staff, training and mentoring sales personnel, scheduling and assigning employees, managing controllable expenses, ensuring legal compliance and store presentation, building customer loyalty, creating a positive team environment, resolving customer concerns, and performing financial analysis to maximize net profits. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, supervisory experience in retail/customer service, ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively influence others

- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
