Job Summary
Lead the Pigtails & Crewcuts salon team to deliver a warm, family-friendly guest experience while overseeing daily operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards. Coach and develop stylists, front-desk staff, and assistant managers, recruit and train new team members, and ensure brand standards and franchise guidelines are met. Requires 3+ years of management experience and a valid Arkansas cosmetology license; responsibilities include team leadership, performance feedback, scheduling, inventory control, customer service excellence, and maintaining a positive salon culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of salon, spa, or retail management experience
- Valid Arkansas cosmetology license
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and build morale
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling, POS, and social media management systems
