Job Summary
Leading a store team through a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management role. Responsibilities include recruiting and orienting staff, training and coaching sales personnel to meet and exceed sales goals, scheduling and supervising operations, monitoring controllable expenses, ensuring compliance with laws, maintaining store appearance and customer readiness, building customer loyalty, analyzing daily sales and expenses, and handling banking responsibilities. Requires strong communication, retail/customer service experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience; position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive hourly rate and a lucrative commission/bonus program in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
