Salon Manager in Training role responsible for recruiting and developing store staff, meeting sales goals, coaching and mentoring sales associates, scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring controllable expenses, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining store presentation, building customer loyalty, and performing financial analysis to maximize profits. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
