Job Summary
Salon Manager in Training role focused on recruiting and developing a sales-oriented team, achieving sales goals, and preparing for a management position through a comprehensive training program. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching and mentoring sales staff, scheduling, controlling expenses, maintaining store operations and compliance with legal requirements, fostering customer loyalty, resolving concerns, analyzing daily sales/expenses, cash handling, and banking duties. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong verbal/written communication, retail/customer service experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience. The role emphasizes a commission-driven environment with an opportunity to advance to management and participate in a lucrative bonus program.
Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
