Job Summary
Salon Manager in Training responsible for recruiting and onboarding staff, coaching and developing the sales team to meet or exceed goals, scheduling and assigning staff, monitoring expenses to achieve financial objectives, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, maintaining store presentation and inventory, building customer loyalty, creating a positive team environment, resolving customer concerns, performing financial analyses to maximize sales and profit, and handling banking responsibilities. The role includes completing a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management position, with an emphasis on leadership, coaching, and achieving sales performance in a commission-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
