Job Summary
Salon Manager in Training responsible for recruiting and orienting staff, meeting sales goals through training and mentoring, scheduling and assigning employees, managing controllable expenses to meet financial objectives, maintaining store standards and customer readiness, building customer loyalty, creating a positive team environment, resolving customer concerns, and performing financial analysis to maximize profits. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication, retail/customer service experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience. The role involves a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management position. The position is full-time and located in Lakeway, TX; travel not specified.
Required Qualifications
