Job Summary
Salon Manager in Training to lead store operations and develop sales teams. Responsible for recruiting and orienting staff, training and motivating sales personnel to meet or exceed goals, scheduling and task assignment to ensure a clean, well-stocked, customer-ready store, and monitoring expenses to maximize profit. Builds customer loyalty, establishes a positive team environment, handles customer concerns, analyzes daily sales and expenses to drive performance, and ensures banking and revenue controls. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent), 1 year of supervisory experience, retail/customer service background, excellent verbal/written communication, ability to stand for extended periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
