Salon Manager in Training responsible for recruiting, selecting, and orienting store staff; meeting sales goals through coaching, training, and motivating sales staff; scheduling and assigning employees to maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready store; monitoring expenses to achieve financial objectives; ensuring legal compliance and protecting store cash; building customer loyalty and a positive, team-based work environment; analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; handling banking requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
