Job Summary
Salon Manager in Training role focused on leading and developing a sales team, achieving sales goals through coaching and motivation, and preparing for a management position. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding staff, training and mentoring to meet performance criteria, scheduling and operational oversight, controlling expenses, ensuring store compliance and cleanliness, building customer loyalty, fostering a positive team environment, addressing customer concerns, analyzing daily sales and expenses, and handling banking responsibilities. Requires strong communication, retail/customer service background, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
