Job Summary
Entry-level leadership path into Salon Manager; responsibilities include recruiting and orienting staff, training and coaching sales teams to meet goals, scheduling and supervising staff, monitoring expenses to achieve financial objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance and store standards, maintaining a customer-focused environment, building customer loyalty, resolving concerns promptly, analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profits, handling cash and banking duties, and maintaining a positive, team-based atmosphere. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma or equivalent, strong verbal/written communication, retail/customer service experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Physical requirements include standing/walking 7+ hours and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required.
