Salon Manager in Training responsible for leading store staff development and achieving sales goals through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Drives customer and employee satisfaction, ensures operational excellence, schedules and assigns staff, monitors expenses, and maintains store compliance while building a positive, team-based environment. Training program prepares candidate for a management role and requires high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail/customer service; strong communication skills and physical ability to stand for long periods are needed.
