Job Summary
Lead salon operations and growth initiatives by recruiting, training, and supervising staff; drive sales by coaching and motivating the team to meet performance goals; manage scheduling, banking, and expense controls to achieve financial objectives; ensure store compliance, maintain a clean and customer-ready environment, build customer relationships and brand loyalty, and foster a positive, team-based culture. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and operational oversight, with a starting pay of 16-20 USD per hour plus commission and bonuses, and a structured training path toward advancement into management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
