Job Summary
Salon Manager needed to lead and develop store sales teams, recruit and train staff, and drive sales performance in a commission-driven environment. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, coaching and mentoring staff, scheduling and supervising employees, monitoring controllable expenses, ensuring legal and store standards compliance, maintaining a clean and well-stocked store, building customer loyalty, creating a positive team environment, resolving customer concerns, and analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profits. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, retail/customer service experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and have reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
