Job Summary
Salon Manager role leading a store’s sales team in a commission-driven, customer-service focused environment. Drives sales goals, trains and mentors staff, schedules and assigns tasks, monitors expenses, ensures legal compliance and store presentation, builds customer loyalty, resolves concerns, analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits, and oversees banking responsibilities. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year supervisory experience, and strong communication skills; standing and light lifting required; full-time hours with flexibility for nights/weekends. Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
