Requires strong leadership, communication, and training skills, plus ability to stand long hours and lift 25 pounds; starting pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour with commission and bonuses; full-time opportunity with training for advancement to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
