Job Summary
Run daily operations of a high-volume, 12-chair barbershop; recruit, onboard, and develop barbers; build and manage the schedule to keep chairs full; handle inventory and product ordering; oversee booking, POS, and staff management via Mangomint; ensure equipment upkeep and sanitary, code-compliant shop standards; uphold the shop's standards with every cut and client; opportunity for growth into multi-location leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management or lead experience in a barbershop or salon
- Working knowledge of men's cuts, fades, shaves, and grooming products
- Sharp communication — with the team and the chair
- Organization that holds up when the lobby's packed
- SC barber license preferred (or willingness to get licensed)
