Salon Leader / Licensed Cosmetologist

Salon Manager / Lead Stylist who spends significant time behind the chair while leading a team to deliver excellent guest service. Responsibilities include providing haircuts, color, styling, and salon services; coaching stylists in technical skills, guest communication, productivity, retail, and rebooking; training the team on salon systems and standards; handling guest concerns professionally; assisting with hiring, onboarding, and team development; managing daily salon flow, scheduling, cleanliness, and organization; tracking goals (guest count, service sales, average ticket, retail, retention, productivity); maintaining inventory and sanitation standards; supporting marketing efforts and community partnerships; and communicating with ownership about performance and growth opportunities. Requirements include current Texas cosmetology license, and leadership/management experience is preferred.
