Job Summary
Salon Leader Full Time position responsible for leading sales teams, recruiting and training staff, meeting sales goals, coaching and developing employees, scheduling and assigning tasks, managing expenses, ensuring store compliance and customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty, resolving concerns, analyzing daily sales and expenses, and handling banking/cash obligations. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year supervisory experience, strong communication skills, ability to stand 7+ hours, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Starting pay $16-$20/hour plus commission and bonuses; comprehensive training program for management track. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours)
