Job Summary
Salon Leader role in a full-time salon environment focused on building and leading sales teams, representing the brand, and driving profitability. Responsibilities include recruiting and orienting staff, coaching and mentoring to meet sales goals, scheduling and supervising employees, monitoring expenses to meet financial objectives, ensuring legal compliance and store readiness, maintaining a positive team culture, resolving customer concerns, analyzing daily sales and expenses, safeguarding cash handling, and building long-term customer relationships. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication, ability to stand and lift, and flexible availability including nights/weekends. Starting pay $16-$20/hr plus commission and bonuses; comprehensive training program available.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
