Job Summary
Lead a salon team to deliver Sun Tan City experiences by supervising staffing, scheduling, training, evaluating and disciplining staff, ensuring client satisfaction and a high-quality client experience. Drive performance and operational excellence through coaching, problem-solving, and adherence to wage/hour laws, while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and inventory management. Manage staffing levels, use operational tools and financial reports to monitor trends, and lead ongoing sales and employee development. 5-day, 40-hour workweek with varied shifts. Requires strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; and the ability to coach and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience required.
