Job Summary
Lead a salon team to create and maintain the Sun Tan City Experience for clients by supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining), ensuring client satisfaction and quality of client experience, monitoring and motivating staff to achieve performance goals, maintaining salon cleanliness and safety, and managing operations. Develop and coach employees to deliver exceptional service, drive sales and operational excellence, plan and delegate responsibilities, and ensure adherence to wage-hour laws. Utilize tools and reports to monitor performance, manage inventory and cash, and conduct regular performance assessments to set and achieve growth goals. The role requires strong leadership, team-building, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced environment while upholding company values and standards.
