Job Summary
Oversee daily salon operations, supervise tanning consultants, drive sales and client experience, maintain an exceptionally clean and professional salon, set team goals, coach and develop staff, generate sales reports, manage inventory, assist with revenue and expense controls, maintain appropriate staffing for peak productivity, and ensure superior customer service. Must be able to work nights and weekends and sustain a 5-day, 35–45 hour workweek (subject to hourly/salary status).
Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience required
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week depending on hourly or salary status
- Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices
- Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor
- Team building skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
