Salon Director in Training

Salon Director in Training to manage Tanning Consultants and drive store performance. Lead by example to deliver exceptional client experiences, coach and mentor team members, monitor daily salon operations, generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist in controlling revenue and expenses. Requires ability to work nights and weekends, a 5-day workweek at ~35-45 hours, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, and team-building skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
