Job Summary
Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly; assists with daily store manager admin work; assists with training new hire sales associates; assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations; consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items; maintain a clean and organized salon; opening/closing business; daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking; walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment for first-time users; attending off-site sales and job trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
