Job Summary
Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly while assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new sales associates, and ensuring policies and sales expectations are met. Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintain a clean salon, manage opening/closing duties, handle daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guide customers on equipment usage for first-time users. Participate in off-site sales trainings and job trainings, with entry-level sales and leadership training and growth opportunities, while earning commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
