Job Summary
Salon Director in Training responsible for meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new hire sales associates, and holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations. Duties include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork, guiding first-time users on tanning equipment, attending off-site trainings, and participating in sales contests and growth opportunities.
