Job Summary
Represent our brand in a fast-paced salon setting while driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new-hire sales associates, holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers professionally, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching tanning equipment use for first-time users, and participating in off-site sales trainings. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, physical ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
