Job Summary
Meet sales goals and drive growth through customer consultations, product education in tanning and retail, and leadership training. Responsibilities include assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new hire sales associates, holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment. Attend off-site sales trainings. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
