Salon Director in Training

Represent our salon brand in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while driving sales and leading/assisting with training. Responsibilities include meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new sales hires, holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining an organized salon, opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers to rooms and demonstrating tanning equipment. Off-site training and regular participation in sales contests and growth opportunities are part of the role, with an emphasis on teamwork and a fun work atmosphere.
